At Harla Designs, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please take a moment to review our returns and exchange policy below.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, simply follow the steps below.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact us at harladesigns@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
    2. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item and arrange your exchange.
    3. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out your new selection at no additional cost to you.

Store Credit

If you prefer not to exchange, we offer store credit for any eligible items returned in their original condition. Store credit can be used for any future purchase from our online store.

  • Eligibility for Store Credit:
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Store credit will be issued for the total value of the returned item(s), minus any shipping costs.

How to Return an Item for Store Credit

If you'd like to return an item for store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at harladesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you'll receive return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your store credit.

Please Note:

  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow these steps to arrange a return or replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at harladesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or faulty product.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request further details if needed.

  3. Resolution: If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Please Note:
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • All returns must be in their original condition with any tags or packaging intact.
