Customer Care Hours
Harla Designs is based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
Online customer care hours are:
Monday- Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm AEST, via live chat or email.
Outside of these hours, we will aim to resolve your enquiry within two business days.
Orders
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a follow-up email will be sent with your tracking number and carrier details for easy shipment tracking. Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are dispatched the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note, orders cannot be modified once submitted. If you need to update the shipping address or cancel your order, contact us at harladesigns@gmail.com immediately. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
Express services commence after dispatch.
For real-time updates, we recommend downloading the Australia Post tracking app. If you experience any delivery issues, please reach out directly to Australia Post.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100. Delivery in 3–6 business days via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate. Delivery in 3–6 business days via Australia Post.
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate. Delivery in 2–4 business days via Australia Post.
Authority to Leave (ATL) Terms:
- Selectable at checkout.
- Australia Post determines if a safe drop location is available.
- Proof of delivery is recorded.
- Harla Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels when ATL is selected.
- No refunds or replacements will be provided.
Size Guide
Return Policy
- Exchanges: Eligible for unworn, unused items with tags attached. Request within 14 days of delivery by emailing harladesigns@gmail.com.
- Store Credit: Available for eligible returns within 14 days. Customers cover return shipping.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: Report within 7 days with photos and order details. Choose a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Note: Sale, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Harla Designs is not responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
